Description About the role: The Contracts Administrator will provide assistance to the Commercial Manager with the preparation of commercial documentation and any supporting data, spreadsheets or other communications as necessary. Other responsibilities include Manages and performs work related to providing contract management service to construction project teams. Preparation and implementation of all contractual notices, and reporting requirements of the contract Create and distribute new cost codes Obtains subcontract and supplier quotations for the compilation of bid analysis documentation whilst ensuring/justifying the proposed expenditure of budget. Assists with the drafting of contractual documentation for the engagement of third parties. Assists the commercial and engineering team in the timely completion of end of month reporting. Works with accounts payable in setting up the project financial system. Assists the Commercial Manager with site activities and quantity valuations. Administers variations to Subcontractors. Assess dockets and payments for Subcontractors. Reviews project timesheet allocation. Docket Recording in timely manner, checking for verification and analyze all aspects of the dockets. Collects and analyses data associated with projects undertaken and reporting on project and cost outcomes when completing monthly accruals. Skills And Experiences About you: The successful applicant will be a clear communicator, have a proactive outlook and be results and timeline driven. The successful applicant will have the following: Relevant Tertiary Qualification Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar industry and position Proficient in Microsoft Office & database keeping
