About the Role We’re excited to be growing and are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Glenellen Solar Farm project on a Monday - Friday roster. In this role, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly by managing site rosters, organising work crews, and scheduling flights and accommodation. You'll also keep track of finances and documentation, making sure projects stay on track and within budget. From overseeing purchase orders and supporting resourcing activities to liaising with stakeholders and upholding high-quality standards, your role will be crucial to our success. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Outlook.
