This role provides administrative and billing support to the billings team and internal customers. • Manage and respond to billing queries via telephone and email from internal customers • Action allocated emails and queries from the inbox and escalate things when needed • Manage standard set up and maintenance of customer information in the system • Schedule invoices in the system – contract fees, chargebacks and disbursement • Process assigned approved credit request and re-issue invoices accordingly • Process change request for particular invoices (e.g. Change of invoicing person PO numbers, invoice text, etc) • Action change requirements during Mid-month and EOM invoicing run • Any ad hoc billing requests Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health office or customer premises.
