Your role: Research, identify, and enter effective and profitable new routes to market. Quantify market potential by geographical area and customer segment, prioritizing time management to proactively sell into these markets. Manage and grow the distribution network in existing and new territories and applications while maximizing gross margin. Support distribution partners with product demonstrations, trials, technical, and commercial inquiries. Develop sales forecasts and implement actions to meet or exceed forecasts and KPIs; taking full ownership of the sales cycle and pipeline. Actively maintain and update all prospect, customer, and partner records via the new CRM software. Work closely with the global sales team to explore opportunities with key accounts based on successes in other territories. Manage and represent the brand at conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and speaker events Keep abreast of innovation and market trends within the Water Analysis sector. Continuously monitor competitor analysis and where our competition is investing in solutions. Establish marketing support requirements to help drive the business strategy and effectively communicate these to the marketing team.
