About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in BlastOne’s operations and growth at our Port Hedland branch. Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our valued customers, offering technical expertise and solutions while driving internal sales. In addition, you will support the branch’s operational functions where necessary to ensure the day-to-day activities are conducted effectively and to Australian and BlastOne standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders. First point of contact for all counter sales. Manage and maintain accurate entry of branch sales into our internal systems. Complete proactive sales calls to create future business opportunities. Ensure all quotes provided are current, stock on hand is accurate, and deliveries to customers are received in a timely manner. Communicate with Sales Representatives and/or Customers on delivery status and estimated delivery times. Assist other sales and workshop staff when required. Follow up on customer parts/orders/discrepancies from Sales Representatives. About You To be successful in this role you must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team to ensure the branch is delivering a high quality of service. This person will also have the drive to learn about BlastOne’s range of products and services. Other key determinants include: Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service position. Possess a high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Have a “can-do attitude” and a willingness to learn. Target-driven to achieve sales targets. A foundational understanding of WHS Regulations (desirable). Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
