Job Title Direct Sales Lead What does successful Direct Sales Lead do at Fiserv? The Direct Sales Lead is responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth. This strategic role involves developing sales strategies and optimizing sales processes to drive growth. What you will do: Team Leadership - Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing inside sales team. - Set performance goals and KPIs to meet financial objectives and and motivate the team to exceed targets. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge. Sales Strategy Development: - Create and implement a comprehensive inside sales strategy aligned with the growth targets of the company - Work closely with referral partners and marketing to ensure the quality and quantity of leads allows the team to exceed targets Sales Process Optimization: - Analyse and refine the inside sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Implement best practices in lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques. Performance Monitoring: - Track and report on key sales metrics and performance against goals. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Collaboration: - Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, risk and partner managers to to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. - Work with product teams to ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary knowledge and tools to improve sales effectiveness What you will need to have: - Experience in selling B2B SaaS, Merchant acquiring, experience selling to small businesses or payments desirable - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success - Strong understanding of inside sales tactics, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyse data and adapt strategies based on market feedback. - High level of motivation and the ability to foster a results-driven culture Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
