Due to growth, we’re seeking an Internal Sales professional to join their team. Within this role you will be responsible for a range of customer facing and sales administration activities in the showroom, via phone and online. The role is an internal sales role supports the rental, sales, field sales, re-occurring sales and is positioned as a development role for an aspiring field salesperson. The intention of this role is that the capable candidate develops beyond these customer service and sales administrative tasks into a functional member of the sales team, supporting the entire New South Wales sales effort. You will also assist with the stores department with receiving goods and arranging parts and freight for internal and external customers. The role: Be the first point of call for initial sales opportunities in the showroom, via phone, email and online ensuring a positive experience for the customer Support and ownership of rental equipment preparation, testing, shipping and returns Maintain customer files and databases Preparation of quotes and follow up in a timely manner Provide admin support and actively contribute to sales, service and projects teams as required Co-ordinate stationery/kitchen supplies Co-ordinate office business equipment Undertake branch filing on a daily basis Order office expenses and staff amenities as requested Support the stores division with picking and packing orders and arranging freight as necessary Receiving stock and storing as required Commitment to quality and safety process and procedure What we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role Certificate III in Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce or equivalent (desirable) A hunger to succeed and develop your sales career Enjoy the opportunity of having responsibility and accountability within your position Strong attention to detail A team player Ability to manage your time Good written and verbal communications skills Ability to follow process and procedure Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment A current driver’s licence Benefits $70-75k super Full-time permanent role Opportunity to work for an industry leader Ongoing training and career development opportunity to field sales team If you’re ready for a change or looking to take a leap forward in your career, apply today SCR-suzie-ninevski Who is A.I.R Recruitment?
