Working to protect the state’s environment and heritage National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) has a unique opportunity for a Customer Service Support Officer to work as part of the team and contribute towards the conservation of the natural environment, flora, fauna, and Aboriginal heritage. About the role As a Customer Service Support Officer, you will support the customer service function responsible for the delivery of high quality and coordinated services for information, which meet the strategic objectives of the NPWS; enhance and implement effective, streamlined, and seamless customer service systems. You will also work on booking system projects to deliver customer service improvements including system development, documentation, user acceptance testing, and you will support the upkeep for NPWS managed reservation systems. Excel and Salesforce are commonly used and require an acute eye for detail. Previous experience in these systems, plus experience using a booking reservation system is highly desirable. About you You are a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, busy and diverse setting. You will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task as well as have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff and stakeholders.
