About the role In conjunction with the rest of the Reception/Administrative team, this position is responsible for facilitating the flow of patients through Yarra Ranges Health via Reception, Oncology and Theatre. This role is to be worked on Monday, Thursday and Friday weekly. Shifts are varied, including 7.15am to 3.45pm, 7.30am to 4pm, 8.30am to 5pm and 9.30am to 6pm. About you To be successful in this role you will possess: • Highly developed interpersonal experience • A strong commitment to high quality care • The ability to work as part of a diverse team • Excellent communication and organisational skills • The ability to work autonomously • A high level of administrative and keyboard skills • Demonstrated ability to adhere to policy and procedures • Flexible availability to cover changing rosters and the ability to assist with leave cover • Experience working in Reception/Customer relations Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
