As part of our Global Platform Team, you'll play a critical role in integrating development, security, and operations to enhance our software delivery processes. About the Role: As a DevSecOps Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters, deepening your expertise in AWS Cloud components, and designing CI/CD pipelines with a focus on security. You'll work on scaling containerized environments, automating operations with PowerShell and Bash, and leveraging tools like Terraform for configuration management. Your proactive approach will ensure the operational stability of software in production, while your troubleshooting skills will resolve complex issues in high-throughput web applications. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, focusing on high availability and performance. Deepen expertise in AWS Cloud components (EC2, CloudFormation, IAM, RDS, S3). Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, integrating security measures. Enhance scalability and reliability in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Automate operations through scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash. Utilize Terraform for configuration management with an emphasis on best practices and security. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues in web applications and network services. Collaborate with global teams while demonstrating the ability to work independently on projects. About You: Solid experience with Kubernetes management and troubleshooting. Strong background in AWS or similar cloud environments, focusing on security and best practices. Proven ability in building and optimizing CI/CD workflows, particularly with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, with a desire to expand those skills. Experience with configuration management and infrastructure as code, especially Terraform. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues in high-throughput environments. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly. A collaborative spirit with a proven ability to work well in both team and independent settings. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
