We'd love to hear from you We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join a dynamic real estate agency based in Bulimba. Role Overview: As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the sales operations and supporting the team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the sales administration team, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to ongoing process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a management position and is eager to take on various tasks, from system training to office management. Key Responsibilities: Work directly alongside the Sales Director to drive sales operations and support the sales team. Supervise the sales admin team, including sales administrators and VAs. Assist with preparing contracts, Form 6s, and other documentation, especially during high transaction volumes or when administrators are on leave. Lead new system training and onboarding for team members. Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency. Aid the Sales Director in preparing recruitment documents and attending meetings. Oversee the referral process between the property management team and the sales team. Organise and manage company events as required. Prepare for and coordinate team meetings. Handle general office management tasks and maintain a productive work environment. Address and resolve complaints and conflicts effectively. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of sales agents and provide support as needed. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a sales operations management role, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in preparing contracts and other related documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
