ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative Mid Weight Graphic Designer to join our Cotton On Womenswear team. You will enable our vision by creating and delivering engaging and on trend placement prints alongside your team. You will support our creative vision by participating in the end-to-end process of research, design and application to apparel and accessories that capture our brand message and DNA. You will create placement prints, spec artworks and work closely with internal stakeholders throughout the production process, playing a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity. As a Graphic Designer, you will implement artistic and technical understanding to ensure the seamless integration of design and product development. You will guide the execution of placement designs through a strong knowledge of print techniques, fabrications, design composition and scale in order to best show up a variety of product types. You have an interest in elevating your design skills and innovating the way in which your team work, bringing new ideas and techniques to the table as the design landscape evolves. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Degree / qualifications in a relevant field i.e. Graphic Design or similar • Demonstrated conceptual skills in design, layout and typography including the ability to offer a variety of design solutions • Ability to create original designs using a variety of hand rendered and digital techniques that can be executed onto a variety of product • Confident in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, In design and Illustrator and Procreate • Proven ability to problem solve, take initiative and deliver on expectations. • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
