Facilities Administrator Type: 3 year fixed-term full time contract until July 2027 Location: Sydney About Us: My client is a leading Australian owned company providing comprehensive property and facilities management services. They foster an inclusive and flexible workplace. Role Overview: The Facilities Administrator will ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. This role supports Facilities Managers and is key to maintaining our strong reputation through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Deliver service that meets or surpasses client expectations and service benchmarks. Adhere to defined procedures while maintaining our company’s high standards. Support Facilities Managers with various tasks including accounting, maintenance, vendor management, and purchasing. Assist in training and onboarding of contractors. Manage maintenance requests and ensure optimal allocation of work to contractors. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards. Oversee building condition and property classification data. Engage with stakeholders to meet client expectations and ensure vendors deliver services on time and within budget. Contribute to financial targets and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. Support continuous process improvement and problem-solving efforts. Fulfill responsibilities within KPIs, service level agreements, and the annual operational plan. About You: Experience in a related field. Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards. Proficiency with computers and software applications. Excellent customer service skills. Clearance to work with children in NSW or ability to obtain one. Ability to follow defined procedures and achieve defined outputs. Preferred: Experience in facilities or property management. Basic technical knowledge of property systems (e.g., air-conditioning, chiller systems, fire protection). Vendor management experience.
