In this role you will be delivering graphic design solutions to support a range of marketing initiatives for both print and digital environments whilst maintaining the high standards of the brand as the lead on the design, implementation and upkeep of the brand guidelines. You will assist with all facets of the marketing team including LSM (local store marketing) collateral, campaign assets, publications, digital executions, event collateral and store fit out. Your role: Take a hands-on approach to graphic design, conceptualising and creating visually appealing designs across various mediums, such as print, digital, and multimedia Ownership of design and oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards Act as the Brand Guardian in terms of upholding the design principle and brand guidelines Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, product, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver innovative creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives Maintain organised design files, documentation, and version control systems to facilitate efficient workflow and knowledge sharing within the Creative Services team and wider Marketing team Who you are: 5 years design or Creative Agency experience and a design or related qualification (Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as familiarity with emerging design tools Good understanding of publication design with confidence in design layout, typesetting and good pre-press knowledge Proven project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines What’s in it for you?
