We are looking for a Head of Organizational Design Control and Resilience to be responsible for leading the enterprise 1LOD risk management function. In this newly created role you will lead the ODCR team, drive the Back to 8 program and be responsible for enterprise BCO, ensuring that EXCO, the CEO and Board gain bank wide insights and from time to time deliver key programs such as RX. What you’ll do Lead the execution of relevant change projects working with Exco, senior leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to high quality. These include the RX program and Back to 8 program. Be responsible for implementing the standards for 1LoD methodology, processes, reporting and tooling, oversight of the implementation of 1LoD Risk and compliance requirements and activities, and enabling the entity level Heads of business or support functions to deliver on their 1LoD Risk and Compliance responsibilities. Ensure 1LOD team members display good practice and matches local regulator expectations; noting at times this may be a higher expectation or differ from the global policy requirements. Monitor risk culture and capability across ING Australia and define and implement Lead BCOs that have enterprise and/or BU accountabilities. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to improve risk outcomes and optimise cost base. Work cross - functionally across the organisation with other senior leaders to drive change and improvement and support the organisations strategy. What we’re looking for Retail (E2E) banking environment; ING Hands on experience in identifying and managing NFR risks across the value chain Experience working within the governance framework of a retail bank in Australia (with emphasis on risk disciplines) Ability to execute risk frameworks and identify and execute continuous improvement Ability to manage and execute sizeable projects of $5m Board, executive and regulatory engagement Proven track record in People Leadership and Leading Teams This is a great opportunity for an internal employee to take the next step in their ING career.
