Additionally, the position will provide support on the development and management of relevant educational projects related to the Indigenous Business Hub. Key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with academic and professional staff, and the Indigenous Business Hub to integrate Indigenous knowledges, pedagogies, and content into programs. Support academic staff in designing and implementing learning experiences across various learning environments. Work with program convenors and committees to conduct program reviews and integrate Indigenous perspectives into curriculum through curriculum uplift. Develop and manage resources for Indigenising curriculum across multiple disciplines. Assist academic staff in adapting to Indigenising curriculum practices and ensure consistency across courses. Contribute to the School and University's Indigenising of curriculum communities. Stay updated on online and on-campus teaching best practices and share insights within the School community. At HEW level 7, the full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $98,582.63 - $107,349.47plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range of $115,341.68 - $125,598.88 annually. As these roles are covered by an Enterprise Agreement, you will also receive regular remuneration increases in line with the Enterprise Agreement. Leadership in traditional and technology-enabled curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment for diverse stakeholders. Strong prioritisation skills, demonstrated through effective time and project management, with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to design and deliver learning assets using Indigenous knowledges and appropriate learning technologies. Responsive to client needs with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
