Click on the video below to learn more The Role The Project Administrator contributes to the delivery of strategic objectives by supporting a portfolio of project activities associated with the execution of the strategic plan. It contributes to the planning, executing, monitoring, and closing of projects. The successful candidate in this role will possess great organisational capabilities and interpersonal skills. Key focus areas include: Project Planning & Execution Responsible for project planning, managing all stakeholders, team members, or contract personnel to ensure that the scope and plan meet agreed outcomes. Consult with the project owner/sponsor to explain and manage implications of changes to the project scope and/or objectives to the business and to the project team. Establish project timelines and budgets that deliver a cost-effective outcome that meets the Fund's needs. Ensuring that all project milestones and performance indicators are met and key project artefacts (action registers, issues registers, meeting minutes etc.) are documented. Undertake post implementation reviews and reporting including evaluating the effectiveness of implemented project outcomes and provide advice on remedial action. Program of Works Budgets In conjunction with the project sponsor and finance, determine a project budget including the cost of project completion while factoring in variables including the implementation, extent and timing of the project. Maintain stakeholder relationships Ensure strong collaborative work with relevant staff and external service providers to achieve the agreed strategic projects across the organisation. Manage relationships with external vendors including administration, insurance, IT services, digital solutions providers and the custodian. You have Relevant experience in project management including the delivery of multiple administration and operational projects. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously. Relevant qualification in Project Management or equivalent experience. Excellent attention to detail. Possess strong written and oral communication skills. Capacity to manage high stress situations. Strong interpersonal skills. Desirable Experience within the superannuation industry/fund management.
