This is a great opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Operations team in Forrestdale to facilitate the efficient operation of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES General administration and customer service support to the team Face to face customer liaison Processing of invoices and assisting with payroll tasks Prepare and organise general correspondence, quotes, orders and responding to emails Assist with scheduling of projects, jobs and deliveries Building and maintaining existing relationships with internal and external customers ABOUT YOU A passion to deliver outstanding customer service Proven experience in a similar role Well-developed communication and negotiation skills Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced work environment and learn new skills quickly Possess exceptional computer literacy and proficient with MS Office suite We are offering a competitive wage rate along with a great place to work, with career prospects for those that want to develop.
