About the role The Eastern Health, Mental Health Program is a publicly funded mental health service operating within the Eastern Region of Melbourne providing mental health assessment and interventions for people experiencing mental illness. In conjunction with our partners in Primary Health Networks, we also provide drug and alcohol support and interventions. Working from a recovery oriented model, clinicians provide an array of hospital-based, community and specialist services for children, youth, adults and aged people across the Eastern Region. The Administrative Services team provide support to the clinical teams in relation to services provided to consumers engaged in the Mental Health Program. About you To be successful for this role you will demonstrate; • A high level of administrative experience • The ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a team; across sites as required • A strong commitment to high quality care • A professional & innovative approach to tasks, while being able to manage competing demands • The ability to respond flexibly in a changing environment • Demonstrated customer service skills • Accurate & efficient computer skills Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.
