Role Summary: As the Manager of Sales for Australia and Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for promoting and selling mine ventilation products and solutions across this key region. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical expertise, and understanding the unique needs and challenges faced by mining operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new customers within the mining industry; Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients; Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets; Gain in-depth knowledge of the mine ventilation products and solutions; Provide technical guidance and support to customers in selecting and implementing the products; and Collaborate with their technical team to address customer inquiries and requirements. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Ventilation Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business); Proven experience in sales and technical sales, preferably in the mining industry or related sectors; and Minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong track record in ventilation engineering. Job Requirements: Strong understanding of mine ventilation systems, engineering solutions, and related products; Experience with mining ventilation engineering methodologies; Project management and planning experience; Ventilation simulation modeling experience; Knowledge of different mining methods and commodities; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team; and Willingness to travel within the assigned region and beyond as needed.
