Fulton Hogan is pleased to announce we have been awarded the design and construction project for the Mount Ousley Interchange. Working closely with Transport for NSW this project includes replacing the existing intersection of the Princes Motorway and Mount Ousley Road which in turn will improve road safety, travel times and accommodate the efficient movement of future traffic and freight growth. This $390 million project is set to commence mid-2024 and will provide essential infrastructure to the Mount Ousley community. We are seeking a Site Administrator who is a team player to join our Mount Ousley Project Team onsite. This role is vital to our project in ensuring we delivering to our client needs as well as being compliant. We will look to you in maintaining accurate record keeping & registers to ensure management have immediate access to relevant records at all times. You will also: Enter plant & labour dockets accurately into JDE as well as raising and amending purchase orders into the system; Balance invoices/subcontractor claims with dockets & escalate invoice/subcontractor claim discrepancies to Engineers or Senior Site Administrator's as appropriate; Administer the terms & payment schedules stipulated in Subcontracts; Provide feedback to Senior Site Administrators regarding any processes and recommend improvements; Maintain good relationships with Site Team & Subcontractors; Resolve specific invoice issues by communicating with subcontractors & suppliers; Communicate with procurement team to ensure Subcontract Administration is fully understood and complies with terms of Subcontract & Security of Payment Legislation. To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Site Administrator preferably having worked in a construction based environment. Your proactive attitude, ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work as part of a team or independently will set you up for success in this role. High attention to detail and a strong work ethic will enable you to efficiently deliver key outcomes for the team.
