Who we are looking for: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail Store Management leading a team by example whilst being hands on. Their approach to staff development and providing an exceptional customer experience will always be in the forefront of their mind as will the drive for success and reaching sales targets. As a skilled mobile phone repair technician, you will assist with managing a vibrant tech store and manage the day to day store operations. With this role you will perform and manage mobile phone repairs along with supporting your team with accountability of driving sales, developing and mentoring a superstar sales team of up to 6 staff. Experience in phone repairs and troubleshooting issues is essential.
