Key Responsibilities As Senior / Civil Designer, you'll undertake detailed design, documentation and modelling of major and minor roadworks, local area traffic management, subdivisions, commercial building developments and general civil engineering. Key Skills & Attributes Ideally, you’ll have, as a minimum; Advanced Diploma Civil Engineering (or equivalent) 5 to 15 years of consultancy design experience Understanding of Austroads & relevant Australian Standards Extensive experience with 12D modelling and AutoCAD Subdivisions, roads, hydraulics or varied civil expertise Ability to undertake designs, manage projects and a small design team Impeccable verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills Ability to work with or lead, manage and mentor design drafters Proven ability to engage with & foster strong relationships with clients Ability to work autonomously & deliver work on time & budget This is your opportunity to join a forward thinking growth business, while growing personally and professionally.
