We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage the rostering of our RWC service within the assigned area using Deputy software. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting preseason preparation, editing and publishing rosters, and coordinating and approving shift swaps. You will also identify potential resourcing gaps and assess delivery risks, working closely with the Operations Manager to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you'll drive the administrative efforts for preseason preparation, aligning processes across the state, and oversee rostering logistics, ensuring compliance with fatigue management and travel policies. Flexibility is key, as you may be called upon to assist with other services and tasks as needed, depending on capacity. We are seeking someone with strong baseline systems knowledge who can learn quickly, is a proactive problem solver capable of handling both reactive and proactive tasks, and is a positive team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
