Top tier commercial real estate firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a key client portfolio. Our client is a leader in the Retail Property Industry. An opportunity has now arisen for a Retail Property Manager to oversee the day to day management of a portfolio of shopping centres where there will be travel between the different assets. There will also be the support of an Assistant Property Manager and a Facilities Manager. Additional duties include: Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners Conduct rent reviews Financial management, planning and administration Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team Development and implementation of marketing plans Interfacing with new clients. To be considered you will hold a current Real Estate Registration and have previous experience in commercial property management. Superior communication and client servicing skills are required with a keen eye for detail. You will have a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success.
