Position Overview: We are seeking a Qualified Traffic Management Designer (TMD) to join our dynamic team in Hallam. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing traffic management plans (TMPs) for a variety of projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of traffic management regulations and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) in accordance with Department of Transport and Ausroads guidelines and relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints. Conduct site assessments to determine traffic management needs. Ensure all TMPs comply with , DOT and Ausroads Requirments. Provide technical advice and support to field teams during the implementation of TMPs. Participate in the review and continuous improvement of traffic management processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, innovations, and best practices. Qualifications: Qualified Traffic Management Designer (TMD) certification. Extensive experience in developing and implementing Traffic Management Plans. Strong understanding of traffic management regulations and standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Desirable: Experience with major projects, freeway, and construction site traffic management.
