About the Role: Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the travel industry? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves contributing to revenue growth through strategic planning, field sales, and business development while representing a leading travel solutions provider. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies across various distribution channels. Conduct field sales visits and virtual training sessions. Build and maintain effective relationships with business partners. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets. Provide client support and address issues proactively. Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Prepare performance reports and manage administrative tasks. What We're Looking For: 3 years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 5 years in a related sales role. Strong background in both field and inside sales. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Energetic and outgoing personality with a focus on customer service. Proven ability to build and influence relationships. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications. Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured vehicle. Willingness to travel interstate and hold a valid passport.
