Role Overview Reporting to the Software Support Manager, this role will involve providing high-quality support to their diverse customer base. You will handle support cases from initial contact to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external support teams, as well as clear documentation of all support activities. Responsibilities Deliver frontline software support through various communication channels. Address and resolve software issues efficiently. Provide prompt and effective solutions to meet customer needs. Maintain high standards of customer service. Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their incidents. Coordinate with internal and external teams for issue resolution. Document incidents with detailed summaries, notes, and resolutions. Ensure complete ownership of incidents from logging to resolution. Focus on customer satisfaction throughout the support process. Utilise excellent communication skills to exceed customer expectations. Candidate Profile As an ideal candidate, you will have at least 12 months of experience in a customer-facing role within a helpdesk or application support environment. You should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. A passion for technology, experience with remote support tools, and a basic understanding of SQL and data analysis tools are desirable.
