The Client: Jenuine Foods Gold Coast Pty Ltd is a supplier of premium meats and seafood from Australia and Japan. With their plans for national expansion, they seek an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in Gold Coast in Queensland. The Role: The position for hire is a Sales and Marketing Manager and will be for a full time basis at $85,000 per annum, and will be based at their Gold Coast workplace. The Responsibilities: Developing sales and marketing strategies to maximise sales target Evaluating the performance of sales and marketing targets Directing the development and implementation of strategies to maintain relationship with individual customers Analyse competitors, conduct market research, and identify trends, requiring a solid understanding of market segmentation, targeting, and positioning. Analysing sales and marketing strategies of competitors, and re-assessing sales and marketing strategies to increase competitive advantages in the market Supervising sales coordinator(s) to ensure that they meet sales target, and provide good service to individual customers and big corporate customers Drive all sales efforts, optimizing business opportunities. Execute sales goals and action plans to achieve and surpass targets. Preparing budget and presenting to directors, and allocating resources to maximise sales target Craft marketing strategies, including market analysis, strategic planning, and budgeting for both the company and its divisions. Identifying market opportunity by identifying customers' need and competitors Formulate advertising strategies and oversee media planning for the company and its various divisions. Create advertising and promotional materials. Ensure the company's corporate identity is consistently represented across all divisions, adhering to brand guidelines. Manage the company's public relations, events, exhibitions, and sponsorships. Oversee corporate marketing initiatives such as loyalty, incentive, and acquisition programs. Update and maintain the corporate website, and spearhead online marketing efforts to drive web traffic. Collaborate on marketing efforts with partners and suppliers. Perform customer and market research to extract actionable insights. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and measure outcomes The Requirements: Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a marketing or business-related discipline At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the FMCG industry in a managerial capacity At least 2 years of track record of achieving sales targets, experience with B2B and B2C sales strategies, and an understanding of sales cycles and processes At least 2 years of experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. At least 2 years of proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions, sales processes, and forecast sales. Strong understanding of business activities in this field Proven experience in engaging, influencing, negotiating and collaborating with a range of business stakeholders to develop ongoing working relationships that achieve positive outcomes Solid ability and working experience in all programs within the Microsoft office suite, digital marketing, social media and website content management Very good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team building skills and have significant experience in cross cultural teams Good analytical skills and be able to correlate the issues Excellent problem solving and resolution skills
