Creating a positive and consistent experience for every customer through every interaction is at the heart of what we do As a Customer Service Operator, you’ll make a positive impact by: Assisting Perth metropolitan public transport passengers by providing up to date travel information in a timely and efficient manner Handling Face to Face interactions with our customer Responding to inbound customer enquiries/phone calls in a timely and efficient manner. You will be working as part of a large team to deliver an accurate and informative service We have both face to face and contact centre environment positions available, or if variety is your motivator, there may be potential to do a blend of both Our operational hours are Monday to Thursday 5:00am to 12:30am, Friday & Saturday 5:00am to 2:00am and Sunday 5:00am to 12:00am.
