An exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate/Lead Generator to collaborate directly with a highly accomplished Sales Agent, in a high end agency/area Sales PA / Sales Agent - Real Estate Due to growth and merger of two large Real Estate firms, we are now recruiting the next round of superstar sales people for our Hawthorn, Box Hill and Oakleigh offices. With 35 staff, free parking at all offices, a modern, clean and fresh brand and place to work and thrive. With a central sales director, with 10 years experience in Real Estate, you will be trained and developed by some of the best in the industry, with a well known brand, support and tools of the trade (laptop, marketing, software etc) provided. This role would suit both established Sales Agents writing retainer/base from 50-60K up to 50% commissions bonuses. This role will also suit Junior Sales PA's / Agents with an Agents Rep, their own car and driver licence with experience, looking to break into the Real Estate industry (preferably with sales experience). In this case, you will be paid a base salary 50-70K commissions per sale/listing. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within assigned territories or free-zone areas • Consistently generate a high volume of listings and sales, with training and support • Manage incoming leads through various channels such as the internet, phone calls, email marketing, direct mail, social media, and print ads.
