About the role As the first point of contact, the Customer Service & Support Officer is pivotal in creating a positive experience for everyone contacting or attending the Perth Red Cross Office. This role will provide a welcoming and safe connection point and reception environment for: clients accessing services or information; volunteers and members; key partners; and the wider community seeking to connect and access services. This role delivers effective and efficient quality customer focused service ; and facilitates access to information and support services. In addition, the role provide s operational and administrative support that enables Red Cross facilities and fleet to support and deliver services to stakeholders and customers in a safe, clean, effective and professionally presented environment.
