This agency prides themselves on professionalism, honesty and integrity. This is a Executive Assistant / Sales Associate position to support a driven and motivated Director. The Role: As a key person to the success of this agent, you will work closely with a top performing individual. Utilising your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily, you will ensure all transactions are seamless. On a daily basis, your specific duties will include but not be limited to: Diary, e-mail & appointment management Database management & client care Liaising with vendors, purchases and solicitors Handling all sales administration Liaising with Vendors, buyers and solicitors Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions Manage exchanges & settlements Ad hoc administration duties About You: A current Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence (or working towards) Previous experience in Real Estate in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills The ability to work proactively and independently A valid driver's licence Strong administration and communication skills The Benefits: You will be rewarded with genuine career development opportunities, work-life balance and an attractive salary package.
