Environmental Industries has a requirement for a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team at our new office in Canning Vale. Parking is available. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will you will facilitate the end to end process for administration of contracts including but not limited to: Review contractual documentation, ensuring the contract is compliant with legal requirements and regulations and in accordance with company policy Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables Manage disruptions, delays and extensions of time and variations in line with contractual requirements Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, authorisations and payment schedules Prepare, submit and reconcile claims (including progress) and invoices, tracking payments and deadlines. Investigate and resolve discrepancies Manage and track project expenditure Receive, collate and review for accuracy, submission of project time sheets to payroll to effect pays Perform contract closing out activities as required Raise and submit purchase orders in accordance with company purchase order procedure Analyse project operational efficiencies and recommend and implement improvements to reduce overall operating costs, minimise risks, meet company budgeted revenue targets and improve service levels to customers The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of contract administration experience, strong problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills and will have worked within the civil construction industry. You will need to demonstrate knowledge of Australian standards and contract law and a degree or diploma in Contract Management or other relevant qualification will be required.
