The Responsibilities Use your customer care experience to take ownership of a product line and provide excellent order management in addition to product support, plus associated administration tasks. This job has it all With a wide customer base including the elderly and vulnerable population, you will enjoy working in a supportive environment where it is all about the provision of an excellent customer experience than hitting sales and KPI targets. Full product training will be provided and responsibilities include; Managing orders from customers (100% inbound) Provide guidance on product selection Assist with health fund and home care package enquiries Complete administrative and sales support paperwork Invoicing After sales support Benefits You will enjoy working in the allied health field with a team of professionals focused on delivering a seamless experience for their customers.
