Reception duties – meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries & bookings, record keeping, payment & insurance processing. Qualifications and Skills: Experience in dental terminology and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of dental software.
