Given their geographic location, they are specialists in apartments (mainly high-end), which means nicer property to list & sell, and higher commissions Duties With separate Admin and Marketing support as part of the office, this role is dedicated to working with buyers and prospecting for new listings. Working alongside this multi-award winning Director, your will day to day will include: Communicating with buyers around upcoming opens, off market listings etc Undertaking prospecting around current listings Creating connecting with Building and Strata Managers Building and calling / cleaning the database Prepare for and attend open Homes and private inspections Requirements Due to the marketplace and calibre of clientele, you will come to this role with some experience in real estate prospecting and the sales process.
