Currently looking for an office admin that has experience with assisting accounts and warehousing Our client is well-established steel manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality steel products to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage office tasks, assist with warehouse duties, and support the accounts department. Key Responsibilities Accounts Assistance: Assist the accounts department with data entry, invoicing, and processing payments. Matching freight charges to deliveries and invoices Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash. Support in preparing financial reports and documents. Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payments and account inquiries. Warehouse Assistance : Print labels & stickers to be attached to stock for dispatch Check correct stock has been picked before being loaded onto trucks Assist with warehouse stock takes as required Assist with the purchasing of packaging materials as required, based on minimum stock levels Office Assistance: Answer incoming phone calls General office duties Record and document procedures Handles inquiries where possible and to take messages and pass them on to the correct person. Qualifications: Proven experience in with working in accounts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) is an advantage.
