The primary responsibility is to ensure that the teams under their supervision operate at peak efficiency in alignment with business requirements. Responsibilities: Ensures individual and team safety by complying with all safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions Effectively influences Quality Assurance processes through shift operations ensuring order and stock quality and customer satisfaction Organising any requirements needed for the warehouse to be compliant with all legislation and operating procedures TEAM LEADER AREAS: Inbound - Mon to Fri - PM Shifts - The Inbound Team Leader will lead a large team and is accountable for the safe and rapid Inbound processing. The position is leading a fast paced, scheduled, with deadlines and with multiple carriers. The role needs the capability to safely, accurately inbound through to put-away completion of approx. 200 pallets per day. Dispatch - Mon to Fri - AM Shifts - The Dispatch Team Leader will lead a large team and is accountable for the QA of all Dispatch pallets from the DC. The position is leading a fast paced, scheduled, with deadlines and with multiple carriers. The role needs the capability to safely, accurately inbound through to put-away completion of approx. 200 pallets per day. Requirements: Knowledgeable about WMS (preferably Manhattan) and Host Systems (preferably Mo Pro) Relevant experience in a large fast-paced DC/warehouse environment Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel Valid Forklift Licence (LF/LO) Your new team: A leading company in the automotive sector, we're listed on the ASX with a revenue of around $1.7B.
