About The Opportunity Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking Business Systems Administration Officer to join our Greater Western Water Contract. Reporting to the Commercial Manager , This position is accountable for providing first-class customer service and administration support to the business. Key Responsibilities General bookkeeping Data entry Liaising with both internal/external customers across a broad range of roles and levels Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures Manage general correspondence Checking invoicing Reporting Reconciliation management Customer service Maintenance of the company database system Provide support to the operational and commercial functions of the contract Dispatch About you To be successful in this role, you will have a 'can do' attitude, excellent attention to detail and a knack for people engagement. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following: Professional phone manner Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook (Navision is desirable) Exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues Demonstrated ability to use initiative Proficient across multiple disciplines to support the function of the contract Have a can-do positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously Knowledge in general bookkeeping, invoicing and reporting Strong written and verbal communication Excellent customer service skills High level organisation and dime management skills Previous experience in the water sector is desirable but not required.
