Have direct access and provide support to senior members of the business to learn directly from the best. Provide administrative support on a number of extremely high-quality projects. Ability to grow within the business with excellent long-term scope. Job security, a fantastic project pipeline for the rest of 2024 and beyond. What do you do? Oversee building permit applications and manage contracts, including client information. Handle contracts, specs, and colour selections, keeping all project documents accurate and up-to-date. Communicate with clients and the construction team, providing updates and attending meetings. Support Operations and Project Managers with procurement and issue invoices and progress claims. Work with estimators and Site Foreman to manage contract variations and draft progress reports. What do you need? 2 years in Contract Administration, ideally in high-end domestic and/or multi-residential. Proficient user of CA-specific software, Microsoft Office Suite, and can read and interpret architectural drawings. If you've used Procore and BuildPass, even better Strong time management, prioritisation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of project cycles, HIA & AS building contracts, and invoicing processes. Familiarity with building permits, council applications, and project specifications, including colour selections.
