The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our team in managing a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial properties. If you have a proven track record in asset management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners Lease management including negotiation and renewals Conduct rent reviews Financial management and reporting Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team Conduct regular inspections as per the inspection cycle report Monitor rental arrears and work within arrears KPIs Review income/expenses and capital improvements Maintain compliance and monitoring schedules Monitor insurance coverage for tenants and landlords Provide written monthly reports to clients The ideal candidate will possess Minimum of three years of Retail/Commercial Property Management experience Capacity to prioritize workload and display good judgment and initiative Positive, flexible, and motivated attitude Ability to provide a high level of administrative support Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Real works, RP Data, MRI/Adept, realcommercial.com.au, commercialrealestate.com.au Total confidence when dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors Ability to provide excellent client services Benefits Attractive annual salary package based on experience A successful and well-respected brand If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Milli Hargreaves on 0439 778 823.
