Requirements An outgoing personality and the ability to engage with people; An affinity with rural communities would be a distinct advantage as would tertiary qualifications in agriculture or similar; Prior experience in the sale of rural merchandise such as crop chemicals or animal health products will be highly regarded; Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
