Customer Service / Account Manager - Transport TRS Resourcing is currently looking for a Customer Service / Account Manager professional for our Wharf Transport Client in Truganina, Victoria. This permanent full-time role operates from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, offering a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 Super. As the liaison between clients and operations, you will report to the customer service supervisor, coordinating deliveries, and collections, and responding to daily inquiries via email and telephone. Experience in either wharf cartage or freight forwarding is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Enter job details into the operating system Receive and process job instructions from clients, ensuring accurate delivery information Collaborate with import coordinators and fleet controllers to meet client requests Required Skills: Strong attention to detail Willingness to adapt and learn new tasks daily Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confidence in decision-making Deadline-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Workplace Health and Safety practices Patience and resilience to manage ongoing changes Previous experience in freight forwarding or transport industry is preferred TRS Resourcing is committed to achieving a diverse workforce in Australia.
