About the Company We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to work within a passionate and engaged team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression of the company. This role involves managing front desk operations within the showroom, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication between sites. Key Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and actioning invoice orders. Action and direct visitors, callers and emails to the appropriate person or department. Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to address visitor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience for visitors and callers. To be successful: Data Entry experience using Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
