About You: Opportunity We are looking for Architectural Technicians or Architectural qualified professionals with strong documentation and delivery phase experience to join our team on a 3 month contract to assist with a number of exciting projects. You will work on documentation packages from DD onwards including consultant coordination. Ideal Candidate Profile: 5 years of Architectural documentation experience Demonstrated high level of expertise in Revit Min 2 years’ experience working on Australian projects with a strong understanding of construction methods and building codes Strong level of technical/construction knowledge Demonstrated experience in working with consultants and working as part of a larger design teams including clash detection, experience with Navisworks will be highly regarded Excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively communicate with clients, consultants, and internal team members Experience and involvement in client and consultant interactions and management Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required Experience working in complex building typologies from sectors like Health, Labs, and Data Centres will be highly regarded Rendering (Enscape, Lumion) and Photoshop skills will also be highly regarded How to Apply: Press the “Apply” button and please submit: Resume Folio (attach instead of a Cover Letter attachment (2MB limit)) Please submit your application through “Apply,” as this goes directly into our system and ensures you will be considered.
