Provide creative campaign resources aligned with brand, marketing and communication strategies Provide advice to the Marketing Team Leader relating to alignment of best practice and improvement initiatives Coordinate the provision of effective data collection and reporting. About you? We're looking for a creative thinker with excellent attention to detail. You must be a team player and be aligned to the values of the organistation. You must also have Undergraduate qualification in relevant field, or extensive relevant experience in digital marketing and graphic design. Web and social media management, community management, project management tools and graphic design. Ability to plan and create content for social media, websites and campaigns. Demonstrated experience in marketing automation across website and other digital assets, including SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics experience Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, internally and externally. Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and well-developed problem-solving skills. High level computer skills, particularly with Microsoft fluency in Microsoft CRM (or similar), Planner (or similar) and Sharepoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e.: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) Canva and other relevant design software. A creative person with demonstrated experience across a diverse range of media applications. Planning, administrative, organisational, budgetary and reporting skills. Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment and manage complexity, drive change and effectively manage projects. Who we are?
