About the Role Our client seeking a proactive and innovative Customer Service Team Leader to oversee the customer service and retail operations. This hybrid role combines elements of selling, customer service, and problem-solving, with a key focus on implementing effective processes and protocols for the team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales to enhance team creativity and leverage cultural events. Key responsibilities include overseeing the customer service team and overall service management, implementing process, protocol, focus and vision as well as assisting in strategising on customer service initiatives. This role is perfect for a leader who can navigate, problem solve and grow whilst fostering a culture of customer satisfaction and business excellence. Skills and Expertise The ideal successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service roles in the food distribution or catering industry.
