This branch is renowned across the NSW region for their fun team and supportive leadership. This position will be working in a team of 2 providing administrative and clerical support including but not limited to payroll, invoicing processing, customer service and phone enquires and system support through job creation and closure. A crucial part of this position is to manage HSE uniforms, upholding audit documentation relating to HSE requirements and keeping accurate records in our Isystain system. Key Responsibilities Opening and closing of Service Request and Job Cards through our Microsoft Dynamics CRM Provide quotations relating to services and parts to customers Ensuring that work-in-progress reports are invoiced correctly and appropriate for work conducted Provide branch payroll support and ensure all employees and contractors hours are logged correctly Supporting the Branch with HSE requirements from uniforms to auditing.
