The Role: As a Client Manager, you'll be instrumental in converting high-quality leads into sales and fostering long-term client relationships, particularly in social media and influencer marketing. You'll represent our brand in the marketplace, excelling in strategic planning, forecasting, and proposal development. Your main focus will be building client trust through strategic initiatives and exceptional account service, while collaborating closely with our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets Manage deals and revenue using Boostr Develop and present client proposals and Statements of Work Lead client engagement and relationship management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery Stay current on social media trends and industry developments Contribute to client reporting and content creation for company platforms Ideal Candidate: 5 years experience in media, advertising, agency, or publisher sales Proven track record in lead generation and client conversion Ability to create high-quality social strategies and presentations Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders In-depth knowledge of the Australian content marketing landscape Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional client service Company Culture: We offer a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
